Talk: Mountaineering in Wyoming with “Summit For Someone” – 09 November

I’m happy to announce that on 09 November at 7pm I will be giving a talk on my Summit for Someone trip to Wyoming where I climbed the Grand Teton and Gannett Peak.

The talk will be at the Blue Ridge Mountain Sports store in Charlottesville (Address and Directions). I will be showing pictures and movies from the climb as well as talking about the challenges and rewards of climbing the two highest peaks in Wyoming.

Please come by for the talk and bring your friends!

  3. It’s nice to find another UVA grad student involved with Summit For Someone! I’m a 2nd year PhD in the English dept and I’m planning to do the SFS climb for Mt. Rainier next year. Hopefully, I can meet you at the talk and pick your brain about fundraising/training/good hikes in the area/etc. You seem like a cool person and your blog/website is really great! :]
